Chesapeake Bay Recovery Partnership
Image of the water bottle MARYLAND NATURAL SPRING WATER
The Chesapeake Bay Recovery Partnership was created to raise funds from public and private sources to develop and oversee large-scale, integrated Chesapeake Bay restoration projects. The Partnership’s initial fundraising efforts include the sale of a premium water product, Maryland Natural Spring Water, from the award-winning Brick House Spring in Ellicott City, Maryland.

The Oyster Recovery Partnership completed a production and distribution agreement with Brick House Water and InView Distributors to bottle and distribute the water across Maryland, the mid-Atlantic region and abroad.

At a minimum 8 to 12.5 cents* from every bottle of water sold will be received by the Partnership, of which 95% of those proceeds will go directly to support Bay restoration projects.

Brick House Spring Water was voted #1 in world-wide taste competition "The Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting."

The original bayscapes on the bottle labels were created exclusively for this project by world-renowned artist, Tom Freeman. Each bottle depicts a Blue Heron in flight on the front, and an oyster bed, blue crabs in bay grass, or school of striped bass on the back.

*Proceeds from water vary based on the size of the order placed by the individual retailer.
